Medication Delegation & Medical Support

Health routines can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to manage them alone. I handle the delegation of all medications and medical equipment, ensuring everything is taken safely, on time, and according to care plans. I work closely with families and medical teams to keep everything organized and stress‑free.

Compassionate Care Tailored to Daily Life

When a client is receiving hospice or home health services, We become part of the care team. Toni loves the residents and treats them like family. The home is so clean you could eat off of the floor too . I cannot recommend enough!

I cannot say enough about Toni and her staff. They are your eyes and your ears when you need help with your loved one, and they are so very compassionate. Everyone who works for her has a heart to do this job, and it is not an easy one, but they do it with such compassion and love. Toni is also very communicative and customer service focused. My loved one is at a memory care facility. Toni comes in two days a week to spend time with her, get her cleaned, and make sure she is being treated well and her needs are addressed. Some days my loved one can ve tough, but Toni is such an expert in knowing how to assist her. She is also my advocate in my absence. Another one of her employees comes in two days in the evening to eat dinner and get my loved one ready for bed. She is AMAZING. They give me the necessary peace of mind to be able to spend time focusing on other day to day activities. Grateful for Toni and her staff is an understatement.

Safe Haven has been a godsend for taking care of my mother in law. The facilities where she has lived allowed her to fall through the cracks but with the caregiver at Safe Haven’s watchful eye and persuasive abilities, she is doing great! Thank you Safe Haven for putting the needs of your patients first and for having excellent communication with family. We couldn’t do it without you.
